Rose City Cycle wants to meet and ride with new people! We have been organizing shop rides for a long time. We want more people to experience all the different types of rides we have while having a great time! We have family leasure rides, mountain bike rides and road bike rides as well.

This is a group for anyone interested in riding bikes. We invite both electric bike riders and regular bike riders at all skill levels. Electric bicycles have more recently started to become popular on Long Island, and as an electric bike enthusiast myself I am looking forward to meeting anyone with a similar interest. My hopes are that we will be able to have fun while promoting a sustainable way to travel.

Want to get outdoors, witness NY's natural (and man-made!) beauty, get some exercise while leisurely riding with like-minded people, stop for lunch (or ice cream!) or to take pictures?? Then step right up and join our group. We'll be taking rides throughout Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn (and sometimes further!) of between 8-20 miles at an easy pace.

This is a cycling group for adults to help people get back on the trail again. Beginners and seasoned riders are welcome! We will be scheduling weekly Rails to Trails bike rides averaging ten-fifteen miles (some twenty as we get better) and special biking events. Suggestions are always welcome!
